Changed your mind? Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Just contact us with your order number and we'll arrange it — hassle-free.

We trial every formula on real hair for 90 days before it earns a place in the collection — so we extend the same standard to you. If you've used a Ghori product consistently and it genuinely hasn't delivered, contact us within 90 days of purchase and we'll refund it. No interrogation, no hoops. We'd rather lose a sale than keep an unhappy customer.

• Tell us which product and, for the 90-day promise, a line or two about your experience — it helps us improve.
• We'll confirm next steps within one business day. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our fault. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics and used derma rollers cannot be returned under the 14-day window — but they remain covered by the 90-day results promise.
